Membership Terms and Conditions

1.	Information on how to enter and prizes form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
2.	Entry is only open to New Zealand residents.
3.	The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence) and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry that is not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions or who tampers with the entry process. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
4.	All registered users will be asked to opt in to receive email communication where winners will be announced. By opting in, the registered user will also be giving permission for the promoter to send the user promotional and marketing material (including marketing and promotional material sent by electronic message).
5.	If there is a dispute as to the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the registered user
6.	All winners will be notified by email and will be announced on the website after each draw
7.	The first 3 valid entries drawn in the Monthly Prize Draw will each win a Jack Link’s prize pack of selected Jack Link’s product. Prizes are not exchangeable, are not transferable and cannot be taken as cash.
