The Jack Link’s X-stick is a salami style stick but with much less fat than a traditional salami. Using 100% NZ beef we lightly season the sticks before a slow cook in a smoke oven whereas salami’s are an uncooked meat. Children love them, but they are also a great snack for all ages and are excellent chopped up for an antipasto platter.
